Design, build, and operate highly reliable, scalable infrastructure for Guidewire's multi-tenant SaaS platform focusing on automation and operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain internal tools, observability systems, and participate in 24x7 follow-the-sun on-call support for critical production systems.
Collaborate with product and development teams to enhance platform resilience, production readiness, security, and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
8–12 years of hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or related platform engineering roles.
Strong programming skills in Python or Go; knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) required; experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar).
Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, etc.) and incident management in microservices environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with large-scale SaaS cloud platforms demonstrating strong system design and operational expertise in AWS and Kubernetes.
Proven track record of improving system reliability, automation, and reducing operational toil with a proactive, systems-thinking approach.
Ability to collaborate across distributed teams, mentor others, and lead through technical expertise, including leveraging AI and data-driven insights for productivity improvements.
