Lead and define future-state enterprise architecture visions aligned with business outcomes, focusing on cloud, data, AI, and digital modernization.

Serve as trusted advisor to C-level executives, shaping large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives and developing transformation strategies, investment roadmaps, and target operating models.

Drive pre-sales activities including solutioning, proposal development, client engagement, and long-term account expansion across multiple industries, especially BFSI and FinTech.

10-15 years of experience in consulting, enterprise architecture, technology transformation, or strategic advisory roles.

Bachelor of Engineering degree required.

Proven experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives with executive stakeholder engagement.

Experience working within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or FinTech preferred but not strictly mandatory.

Strong strategic thinker with business acumen and executive presence, capable of influencing C-level stakeholders and translating technology into business value.

Demonstrated ability to lead complex transformation projects involving cloud, data, AI, and technology modernization at enterprise scale.

Experienced in shaping and winning complex transformation opportunities, with commercial awareness and a growth mindset in professional services context.
