Develop, maintain, and operate end-to-end microservices for Twilio Flex platform on AWS.
Set up and build engineering capacity and a center of excellence for the Flex business unit in Bengaluru office.

Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience developing highly-available, secure, native cloud enterprise SaaS applications in Java.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related industry experience.
Experience with AWS or other public cloud platforms, microservices architecture, container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes), REST API design, SQL/NoSQL databases.
Experience implementing automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and participating in on-call rotations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to design, deploy, and maintain scalable distributed systems in a cloud-native environment.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams owning services end-to-end including incident response and root cause analysis.
Exposure to real-time streaming systems (Kafka, Flink, Spark) and multi-region cloud deployments is a plus.
