Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of experience in AI/ML product ownership or technical product management.
Strong technical skills including Python-based AI applications, REST APIs, LLM integration (OpenAI/Azure), vector databases, RAG architectures, and cloud deployment experience.
Must be able to work full-time onsite at Strategy Pune office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading small technical teams for AI/ML product delivery with end-to-end ownership.
Deep technical understanding of AI technologies (LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs) combined with strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
Comfortable working in a cloud-native environment deploying AI applications with DevOps partnerships.
