Senior Commercial Lending Servicing Specialist

Lead servicing activities for moderately complex commercial loan products ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate resolution of customer service issues through collaboration with Sales, Legal, Risk, Technology, and Operations teams.

Review and negotiate loan servicing transactions, assess risks, conduct quality reviews, and drive procedural improvements and team conformity.

Minimum 4+ years of commercial loan servicing experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Experience with commercial real estate, construction, syndicated, agency, participation, or bilateral lending is desired but not mandatory.

Advanced experience (3+ years) with commercial lending platforms such as Loan IQ or AFS desirable.
