Sr Manager, Procure to Pay

Lead and scale the Procurement Operations function, managing multiple teams responsible for P2P lifecycle pillars including contract compliance, intake, customer service, supplier onboarding, and procurement support.

Own strategic vision, operating model, and performance standards to deliver efficient, compliant, and customer-centric procure-to-pay experiences at scale.

Drive adoption of AI and automation to streamline procurement processes and support M&A integration activities through cross-functional partnership.

15+ years progressive experience in procurement, sourcing operations, P2P operations, or related functions.

5+ years people management experience including leading multi-team functions.

Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay lifecycle, contract compliance, intake processes, customer service operations, supplier onboarding, and purchasing tools/systems including hands-on experience with ERP platforms Ariba and SAP (ECC/S/4HANA).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experienced senior leader capable of building and scaling complex operations functions and driving strategic initiatives across procurement and finance.

Strong collaborator with cross-functional executives (Legal, FP&A, IT, M&A) influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment in a global matrix environment.

Change-oriented operator with proven success implementing automation, process standardization, and leading M&A procurement integrations in evolving enterprise settings.
