10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience in programming, machine learning, algorithms, or related fields.
Proven experience in managing multiple complex projects with budget and resource oversight.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years job-related or 8-10 years management experience.

Experienced leader with demonstrated ability to manage large teams including multiple subordinate managers in machine learning or AI domains.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills working with software engineering, DevOps, and outsourced partners to deploy scalable ML solutions.
