Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, Payroll, APIs and Workday Web Services.
Collaborate with global HR, Payroll, Talent, and IT stakeholders to translate integration requirements into technical solutions and support end-to-end deployment and testing.
Own inbound/outbound file configuration with vendors and maintain comprehensive integration documentation and support for digital transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 6 years experience with Workday tools and technologies including at least 3 years in Workday Studio integration development.
Workday PRO certification in Workday Integrations mandatory.
Experience with PECI and Payroll integrations mandatory.
Work Experience Required: 6+ years relevant experience in Workday integration development and data migration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end Workday implementation or migration projects with third-party system integrations.
Proficient with Workday Studio, Orchestrations, XML, XSLT, JSON, SOAP/REST APIs and familiar with SQL/database.
Comfortable working in an international environment with global stakeholders, able to manage project planning, compliance, and stakeholder communication effectively.
