Associate Director - Transformation and Strategy

Lead governance, change control, risk management, and executive-level reporting for major transformation and integration programs including Nuveen-Schroders integration.

Own end-to-end integration governance and execution across operating model redesign, workforce transformation, process reengineering, and technology-enabled efficiency initiatives.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (business, compliance, risk, IT, HR, operations) to ensure coordinated delivery of strategic transformation workstreams.

10+ years relevant experience focused on corporate strategy and business/operational transformation within asset or wealth management.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) plus Postgraduate management qualification from a Tier 1 institution required.

Experience leading or supporting large-scale mergers or enterprise transformations, with integration experience preferred.

Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant roles.

Proven ability to manage complex, high-visibility transformation initiatives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with C-suite exposure.

Strong strategic and financial acumen including market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and scenario-based decision making skills.

Experience working with leading industry data platforms (Morningstar, Broadridge, PitchBook, Preqin) to generate strategic insights for asset/wealth management.
