Salesforce Developer

Own development and support of Salesforce platform solutions throughout the software development lifecycle, including maintaining existing functionality and innovating new features.

Collaborate within a multidisciplinary agile team to share stewardship of configuration and code, ensuring a tidy and scalable Salesforce environment.

Communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and promote continuous improvements and best practices in the development process.

Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or equivalent.

Experience as a Salesforce Developer required.

Proficiency with middleware, SOAP and REST web services, XML, JavaScript, service-oriented architecture design, and integration strategies including ETL and messaging.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Salesforce deployment tools like Gearset or Copado.

Experienced working in complex and highly customized Salesforce environments, capable of handling end-to-end development and support.

Demonstrates ability to stay current with Salesforce platform releases and apply knowledge effectively within a collaborative agile team.

Comfortable sharing technical knowledge across diverse audiences to facilitate understanding and improve team capabilities.
