Manage and oversee all daily financial operations including billing, bookkeeping, A/R, A/P, GL, cost center accounting, and revenue recognition.
Ensure compliance with statutory tax requirements (GST, TDS, Advanced Tax), timely financial closes, and error-free financial reporting including audits.
Lead and develop the accounting team, drive process improvements in P2P processes, cash flow management, and stakeholder communication.
Minimum Requirements
Chartered Accountant with 12+ years of combined accounting and finance experience.
Proven experience as Accounting Supervisor or Finance Controller with strong knowledge of IFRS/IND AS and statutory & tax compliance.
Experience with general ledger management, month-end/year-end close processes, and team management.
Experience with SAP (HANA) is an added advantage.
