Business Finance Controller

Act as the interface between finance and business verticals/cross-functional teams to optimize costs and influence strategic decisions through real-time financial analysis and planning.

Own preparation and management of financial plans including Annual Operating Plan, forecasts, performance reporting (Plan vs Actuals, Estimate to Complete), and comprehensive Monthly Business Reviews with business leaders.

Drive cost competitiveness, ensure adherence to financial policies and close processes, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead automation/process improvements to reduce cost leakage.

Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory.

10+ years of professional experience with previous business finance partner role experience required.

Proficiency in SAP and strong Excel skills mandated.

Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and presentation capabilities required; work experience and technical skills are key hard filters.

Experienced in driving financial performance and cost optimization within complex business environments, interfacing with multiple stakeholders including regional business and central finance teams.

Hands-on operator with ability to own end-to-end financial planning cycles, lead reviews, and deliver insight-driven business recommendations.

Comfortable managing and improving finance processes, automation initiatives, and governance to enhance efficiency and cost controls.
