Configure, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform to deliver scalable and maintainable business solutions.
Build and secure system integrations and manage environment setup including source control and CI/CD pipelines; ensure performance, reliability, and security standards are met.
Provide technical documentation, ensure testing and quality, support UAT, mentor junior engineers, and advise clients on platform roadmap and optimization.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 9 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technical implementations.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech), Master of Technology (MTech), MBA, MCA, or BSc.
Proficiency in customization and extension of Dynamics 365 CRM using JavaScript, C#, .Net assemblies, and related Microsoft Azure services.
Location requirement: Bangalore, India with On-site or Hybrid work model.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing custom CRM components including plugins, workflows, portals, and CI/CD pipeline management within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
Knowledgeable in integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, Informatica, Power Automate, Azure Functions, and data migration tools within Dynamics CRM context.
Capable of collaborating closely with functional teams and mentoring junior staff while advising clients on technical strategies and platform roadmaps.
