Lead and scale the Global Workforce Compliance Solutions practice encompassing global mobility, employee tax, immigration, social security, labour law, payroll, HRMS, and managed services.

Drive business development, define go-to-market priorities, and manage large, complex client portfolios for GCCs, multinational employers, and manufacturing sectors.

Lead multidisciplinary teams ensuring quality, risk, delivery, profitability, and create operational improvements in payroll transformation, HRMS, and compliance solutions.

12+ years of professional experience including in global mobility, employee/direct taxation, labour laws, social security, and related workforce advisory.

Strong expertise in Indian employee taxation, Provident Fund/social security, labour-law compliance with practical advisory and remediation experience.

CA qualification strongly preferred; MBA and B.Tech also mentioned; additional qualifications in law or related disciplines advantageous.

Work Experience Required: Approximately 15+ years preferred per description; 12+ years mentioned under required years of experience.

Experienced leader with a strategic entrepreneurial mindset and strong execution orientation in professional services for global mobility and workforce compliance.

Demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing multidisciplinary teams serving multinational organizations, GCCs, and start-ups.

Proven success in senior stakeholder management, business development, and delivering multi-country engagements with strong commercial and client outcome focus.
