Minimum Requirements
Engineering or Commerce graduate; professional post-graduate degree optional.
8-10 years overall relevant experience with 7-8 years specifically in payment collection from government sector.
Advanced knowledge of statutory and legal compliance of contracts and working on IREPS/IRWCMS platforms.
Location requirement: Jabalpur.

Experienced in handling large-scale government sector payment collections with strategic follow-ups to reduce overdue days to under 60.
Has advanced communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with sales, service, and commercial teams for payment realization.
Familiar with contractual compliance and financial adjustments including provisions and write-offs in a structured commercial environment.
