Experience administering Microsoft 365 services including Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
Proficient troubleshooting skills for macOS, Windows, laptop hardware, and wireless networking.
Role requires onsite presence in Bengaluru, India, three days a week as part of hybrid work model.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in supporting diverse IT environments spanning multiple geographic locations (India, Australia, Serbia).
Has operational ownership of end-user support and IT systems within a technology company or similar setting.
Can independently prioritize tasks and manage IT systems with minimal supervision, focusing on execution and troubleshooting.
