Provide day-to-day production support for SAP intelligent automation and AI solutions covering finance and master-data processes.
Assist with documentation, testing, monitoring, and resolution of routine production issues in SAP automation across multiple business functions.
Collaborate with SAP technical teams and business partners to ensure reliable automation runs, troubleshoot issues, and support incident resolution.
Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of SAP experience in implementation, enhancement, integration, automation, or support.
Foundational knowledge of SAP FICO, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, DTC, or related financial/master-data processes.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and related technologies such as SAP BTP, Build Process Automation, Integration Suite, APIs, workflow, Fiori, or ABAP.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience supporting or testing SAP automations, workflows, interfaces, APIs, and exception-management solutions.
Ability to analyze SAP document flow, logs, interfaces, workflows, and posting errors with guidance, indicating early-career to mid-level SAP engineer.
Comfort working in a global delivery environment collaborating cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
