Provide technical production support and continuous improvement for SAP intelligent automation solutions across multiple finance and operational processes.
Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements, monitor performance, resolve issues, and improve automation reliability and controls.
Document processes and collaborate with SAP technical teams to deliver measurable business outcomes in SAP FICO, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, DTC, and master data domains.
Minimum Requirements
8–12+ years of progressive SAP experience including implementation, support, and intelligent automation.
Strong domain expertise in SAP FICO, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, DTC, master data, and related financial postings.
Hands-on knowledge of SAP workflow, automation platforms (SAP Build Process Automation or comparable), integration (APIs, IDoc, RFC, BAPI), and SAP S/4HANA technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technical and functional expertise bridging SAP automation and core finance/order processes to deliver reliable, controlled operations.
Experience working with global onsite and offshore teams managing complex SAP landscapes and intelligent automation solutions.
Ability to analyze SAP technical artifacts (logs, workflows, interfaces) to perform root cause analysis and continuous process improvements.
