Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of relevant experience in software development.
Strong experience in Java, microservices, and Spring Boot frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
Experience in managing projects and making technical decisions on software development.

Experience leading a development team with demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
Knowledge of dependency management, change management, CI testing tools, and audit/compliance requirements relevant to software projects.
Familiarity with software engineering principles, object-oriented design, and integration across application development and technology teams.
