Lead the technical roadmap and revamp of CitiQuote Equity Derivatives pre-trade platform including maintaining and migrating legacy systems to next-generation platform.
Oversee all phases of application development lifecycle from feasibility, design, construction, testing to implementation and operational support, ensuring adherence to Agile and DevOps best practices.
Act as SME and advisor for complex application development issues, managing risk and compliance while coaching junior analysts.
Minimum Requirements
6-10 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure support, and tech hygiene management.
6-8 years hands-on experience with Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform, Kubernetes, container technologies, and scripting languages.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices including TDD, BDD, DevOps.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing and delivering successful projects in complex, mixed legacy and modern technology environments.
Technically versatile and open to learning new languages (e.g., Kotlin) with demonstrated leadership and clear communication skills.
Strategic thinker comfortable with autonomy, risk assessment, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert for senior stakeholders.
