Design, develop, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
Manage Power BI service components including datasets, workspaces, dataflows, gateways, and implement performance optimization techniques.
Collaborate with stakeholders and data teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate them into technical solutions using Power BI and related data technologies.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years of professional experience in data and reporting domain.
Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI development, Power App, ETL, data modeling, reporting, SQL, and cloud technologies (preferably Azure or AWS).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech), MCA or equivalent.
Experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, or Redshift and Power BI Service features such as apps, workspaces, dataflows, datasets, and gateways.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end Power BI solution delivery with strong skills in performance tuning (DAX optimization, query folding, aggregation).
Comfortable working with cloud data engineering tools and CI/CD practices related to BI deployments.
Able to manage multiple stakeholders and translate business reporting needs into scalable, maintainable BI solutions.
