Lead backend architecture design and technical decisions for scalable, high-performance microservices and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Python frameworks.

Ensure system scalability, security, reliability, optimize database and caching strategies, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to long-term architecture strategy.
Minimum Requirements
10-15 years of backend development experience with at least 5 years in technical leadership roles.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Python, FastAPI, Django, and building RESTful APIs/microservices.
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), caching technologies (Redis), messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS), and AWS cloud services.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced senior backend engineer comfortable leading architecture in Java and Python microservices in cloud-native environments.
Skilled in designing distributed, scalable backend systems with deep knowledge of OOP, design patterns, concurrency, and performance tuning.
Familiar with AI service integration and modern AI coding assistants, interested in leveraging AI to improve engineering productivity and backend capabilities.
