Lead development and implementation of Flash Bootloaders using ETAS RTA-FBL or similar AUTOSAR-compliant stacks for automotive ECUs.
Implement and configure security features including Hardware Security Modules (HSM), Secure Boot, and Secure Flash to protect ECU firmware.
Design and implement UDS (ISO 14229) diagnostics services over CAN-FD and Automotive Ethernet; perform integration of MCAL layers and low-level drivers for automotive platforms.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 8 years of relevant software development experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech).
Experience with Flash Bootloader development using AUTOSAR stacks and security integration (HSM, Secure Boot).
Experience with diagnostics protocols (UDS ISO 14229) and communication over CAN-FD and Automotive Ethernet.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in automotive ECU software development with strong expertise in Flash Bootloader and AUTOSAR environments.
Able to lead and mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams for ASPICE-compliant delivery.
Skilled in system-level debugging using tools like Multi-GHS, Lauterbach Trace32 and communication validation using Vector CANoe/CANalyzer.
