Architect and govern enterprise Apple ecosystem including JAMF management, auto-enrollment, VPP, and JAMF Connect implementations for India offices.
Lead and mentor India-based Mac engineers and manage macOS application packaging, patching, OS imaging, and infrastructure upgrades maintaining audit-ready compliance.
Provide Level II/III escalation support, translate business requirements into technical solutions, produce architecture documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally with Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, and End User Computing teams.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of work experience required; 7+ years preferred.
Proficiency in Shell Scripting (Bash/ZSH) and AppleScript for automation.
Experience with JAMF platform and Apple ecosystem management including security baselines compliance (CIS Benchmark, NIST).
University degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading infrastructure architecture and Apple/macOS platform engineering within enterprise environments.
Strong skills in automation scripting and integrating JAMF with third-party enterprise tools.
Capable of strategic oversight and cross-functional collaboration to enforce security and compliance standards.
