Drive development and execution of advanced data analytics, automation, and AI/ML testing to identify and resolve internal control issues in audit projects.
Collaborate with senior management and audit teams to communicate analytics results, recommend solutions, and influence outcomes across complex business areas.
Manage and deliver analytics routines, dashboards, scripts, and automated testing, including audit tests on AI models and analytics-intensive audits.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information systems, IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or related field required.
1+ years of relevant work experience; 3+ years preferred, particularly in internal audit or risk management with advanced analytics and AI/ML audit experience.
Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Python, SQL, R, SAS, Tableau, Power BI.
Candidate must complete CPA, CA, CFE, CIA or CISA certification within 18 months of joining.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience operating as a technical specialist embedded within audit teams, capable of designing and executing advanced testing for complex business processes and AI systems.
Strong analytical and technical skill set focused on data acquisition, automation, AI/ML testing, and audit methodologies.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and contribute to development of data analytics and AI audit standards in a regulated financial services environment.
