Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including Windows Server, VMware, and Azure across on-premises and cloud environments to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance.
Lead and resolve critical P1/P2 infrastructure incidents within SLAs, coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams, and conduct root cause analysis for service improvements.
Develop and implement PowerShell automation scripts to improve operational efficiency and support infrastructure modernization and transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
8–10 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management, specifically with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, PowerShell, IAM, Backup & Disaster Recovery, and Cloud Infrastructure.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or relevant technical degree.
Strong expertise in Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, VMware vSphere environments, and PowerShell scripting.
Location: Bandra, Mumbai; Employment Type: Yearly Contract; Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9 AM–6 PM with remote support as needed on Saturdays.

Experienced in managing hybrid enterprise infrastructure environments combining on-premises Windows Server and VMware with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
Capable of technical leadership including vendor management, incident management, and cross-team coordination with strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Hands-on with infrastructure automation using PowerShell and focused on operational excellence, compliance, security hardening, and infrastructure modernization.
