Administer and support the firm's compensation programs including annual and mid-year reviews.
Maintain accurate compensation, job, and organizational data in HR systems and conduct compensation analyses and benchmarking.
Provide compensation reporting, support pay equity/compliance initiatives and prepare dashboards to aid Total Rewards decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preference in HR, Business, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of related experience; professional services environment experience preferred.
Working knowledge of compensation and rewards principles and analytics; experience with Workday Advanced Compensation beneficial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to handle confidential material; ability to travel up to 5%.
