Security Transformation Assoc Manager

Oversee the end-to-end security asset inventory lifecycle across cloud, physical data centers, and external endpoints ensuring accurate onboarding, classification, and maintenance.

Collaborate with IT and business units to identify security asset gaps, enforce SOPs, and ensure compliance with security governance frameworks.

Provide real-time inventory data to support vulnerability management, incident response, and lead team performance and training in inventory governance.

12+ years total work experience, including 3+ years in leadership or supervisory roles.

Bachelor’s degree in any domain.

5+ years experience in IT and Information Security Operations domain.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, endpoint management, asset discovery tools, and working knowledge of security/compliance frameworks like ISO 27001.

Experienced leader with proven ability to manage security asset inventory processes end-to-end in large, complex environments involving cloud and physical data centers.

Skilled in defining and enforcing SOPs, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure asset compliance and governance alignment.

Familiar with security tools (e.g., CMDB, DevOps), automation for asset discovery/reconciliation, and integration into vulnerability management processes.
