Director - Product Manager - Lakehouse (Asset Management)

Define and own the multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enterprise Data Lakehouse as foundational infrastructure for data and AI initiatives.

Lead and coordinate product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to deliver the platform, managing competing priorities and ensuring ROI and funding.

Represent platform strategy to senior leadership and enterprise governance, ensuring regulatory compliance, platform modernization, and measurable success metrics like adoption and cost efficiency.

15+ years of work experience in roles related to data platforms or product leadership within financial services or asset management.

Experience with data lakehouse platforms, modern data stack, AI/ML integrations (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock) in regulated environments.

Demonstrated ability to build and scale enterprise data platforms, manage cross-functional teams, and navigate complex risk, compliance, and audit contexts.

Educational Requirement: University degree preferred; physical work requirement is sedentary work.

Senior-level product or platform leader with experience evolving from technical or engineering roles into strategic product management.

Deep domain expertise in asset management technology with understanding of diverse platform consumers (quants, risk, BI, data science).

Strategic thinker with commercial acumen, program and change management skills, and experience driving platform transformation in complex, regulated, and multi-stakeholder environments.
