Design, build, deploy, and scale AI-powered agents for legal, compliance, and risk workflows, including multi-step workflows using LLMs and enterprise system integrations.
Architect, optimize, and maintain AI solutions using cloud-native technologies (Azure preferred) and AI development tools like Kiro and Claude CoWorker, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and performance.
Ensure AI solutions comply with Responsible AI principles, model governance, enterprise controls, and support business problem translation and stakeholder collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in AI/ML engineering or software engineering with AI applications.
Proficiency in Python and strong foundation in machine learning and applied AI techniques mandatory.
Experience developing AI-agent based solutions with knowledge of LLM orchestration, context engineering, prompt design, and API integration required.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years; Educational Requirement: University degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building production-grade AI services including cloud deployments with Azure (or other major clouds) and microservices architecture.
Practiced in AI development tooling, including AI-assisted coding environments like Kiro or Claude CoWorker, and skilled in context engineering for AI agent behavior tuning.
Capable of operationalizing AI solutions in enterprise environments with strong understanding of AI governance, risk controls, scalable system design, and multi-step AI workflow orchestration.
