Lead end-to-end organizational readiness and value realization for mergers, acquisitions, integrations, carve-outs, and separations.
Develop and execute Day 1, Day 100, and long-term integration and separation plans ensuring business continuity and achievement of deal synergies.
Collaborate with Integration and Separation Management Offices to govern programs, manage dependencies, and drive execution across multiple business functions globally.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years of experience in M&A transactions including due diligence, integration, carve-out, separation, and post-deal value realization.
Proven expertise in integration and separation planning across functions such as Finance, IT, HR, R&D, or Supply Chain.
Hands-on experience with global acquisitions in the US and EMEA regions, including Day 1 readiness and post-close execution.
Experience with Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) design, governance, execution, and strong program management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader skilled in managing complex, multi-workstream integration and separation programs in global, matrixed organizations.
Demonstrates strong strategic and execution capabilities with comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with leveraging data analytics and emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI) to enhance decision-making and delivery efficiency.
