Own end-to-end analytics products by gathering requirements, modeling data, building dashboards, deploying, and iterating based on user feedback.
Design and ship custom web-based analytics applications using AI and GenAI tools to rapidly prototype and deploy solutions beyond traditional BI platforms.
Translate complex analyses into clear narratives for senior leadership and ensure insights drive business decisions.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in analytics with a proven track record of delivering complex projects from problem to deployed outcome.
Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling for building trustworthy, scalable, and audit-ready models.
Ability to build and deploy web-based analytics applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or frameworks like React, Streamlit, Dash, or Plotly.
Work Location: Primarily in-office at the specified office location; compliance with office attendance policy required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in both strategic data modeling and hands-on query-level problem solving with strong technical coding skills.
Skilled in designing visually effective dashboards with an emphasis on layout, visual hierarchy, and user experience for diverse audiences.
Capable of independently managing the full analytics lifecycle from stakeholder communication through deployment and adoption in a fast-paced environment using AI tools.
