Support and coordinate with trustees, legal, tax, compliance, and business partners on trade documentation, settlements, and compliance adherence.
Lead process improvement initiatives, manage risk escalation, and deliver timely management information on process performance.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of relevant work experience in leveraged finance or related capital markets operations, 5+ years preferred.
Strong knowledge of leveraged loan products, CLO operations, loan syndications, and settlement processes.
Proficiency in cash reconciliations, position tracking, and operational compliance.
University degree preferred; Shift flexibility required (working 9-hour shifts between 3:30 PM to 4:30 AM).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling syndicated loan operations including restructures, amendments, and covenant monitoring.
Skilled in advanced Excel and automation tools (VBA, PowerApps, Power Automate) to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including Investment, Risk, Legal, and external auditors to manage complex transactions and resolve discrepancies.
