Lead and manage PMO practices for feature-driven development teams, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery of new product and software development projects using Scaled Agile methodologies.
Drive planning, risk management, and progress tracking across cross-functional teams including Software, Firmware, Hardware, and Research to meet defined project goals.
Develop and deliver project communications and lead performance measurement for project teams; participate in standardizing and improving project management methodologies and tools.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 6 years of project management experience in medical or analytical industry focused on instrument or system software development.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, or related technical field.
Proven track record managing at least two new product and software development projects involving hardware and systems.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint or equivalent resource management and tracking tools; must be able to work onsite in Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing cross-disciplinary product development projects within healthcare, life sciences, or analytical instrument industries, familiar with Scaled Agile practices.
Demonstrates strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills to coordinate multiple teams and drive project outcomes independently in fast-paced environments.
Has a solid understanding of both hardware and system software project demands; PMP, ACP, or SCRUM Master certifications and healthcare/life sciences domain knowledge are advantageous but not mandatory.
