Minimum Requirements
8-10+ years progressive talent acquisition experience, with 5-7 years managing recruiters.
Experience recruiting across multiple functions: Go-to-Market, Engineering/AI/Data/Product, and Corporate roles.
Legal authorization to work in India from Day 1; visa sponsorship not available.
Proficiency with recruiting tech/tools; experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced player-coach able to set strategy and manage detailed execution of recruitment pipelines.
Skilled at operating in matrix/global organizations, balancing global processes with local needs.
Deep knowledge of APAC talent markets, employment laws, and compliance across multiple countries.
