Forward Deployed Engineer [Fixed Term Contract - 12 months]

Partner directly with customers to design, build, test, and deploy production-quality software solutions tailored to their needs, including MCP deployments.

Own end-to-end implementation from discovery through deployment, troubleshooting, and adoption, ensuring successful launches and addressing technical blockers.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to translate ambiguous requirements into clear technical designs and scalable, customer-impacting solutions.

5+ years of professional software engineering or application development experience.

Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, C++, or TypeScript and experience building production-grade software applications or APIs.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and understanding of software fundamentals including databases, APIs, and distributed systems.

Work Location: Remote from Mumbai, Gurgaon, or Bangalore with 5:30 pm to 2:30 am IST shift to support global customers.

Experienced in customer-facing technical roles involving solution engineering, consulting, or implementation with strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Background or exposure to AI/ML technologies, cloud-native development, DevOps practices, and enterprise integration platforms enhances candidacy.
