Asset Servicing Senior Supervisor

Lead and supervise a medium-sized team handling reconciliation and processing for Corporate Action events, ensuring quality and timeliness.

Manage personnel actions including hiring, performance evaluation, and disciplinary activities.

Drive process improvements, monitor operational efficiency, oversee metrics, and escalate/resolving complex issues affecting team and related teams.

2-5 years of relevant experience in Asset Servicing or related operations.

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.

Experience supervising a team with full responsibilities including hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

Knowledge of Corporate Action event processing and operational compliance required.

Experience managing medium-sized operational teams with a focus on corporate actions or asset servicing.

Ability to identify process improvements and implement control procedures in financial operations.

Comfortable acting as escalation point and backup for management, indicating readiness for higher responsibility.
