Order to Cash Operations Manager

Own end-to-end Order to Cash operations focusing on cash application process including applying payments, reconciling suspense accounts, and ensuring accurate cash flow and revenue management.

Analyze operational data and provide financial insights by reconciling transactions and optimizing working capital and billing processes.

Manage medium to large teams or projects and interact with senior management to implement solutions with some degree of decision-making autonomy.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) mandatory.

13 to 18 years of relevant experience in Order to Cash operations with strong expertise in Cash Application Process.

Must have experience in handling cash receipt to finalization, accounts receivable reporting, and ledger reconciliation.

Ability to work rotational shifts as required.

Experienced professional comfortable independently determining methods and procedures for complex cash application challenges within strategic directions.

Skilled in managing large teams or significant work efforts related to finance operations in Order to Cash domain.

Capable of engaging with senior management clients and Accenture leadership, handling complex problem solving and alternate approaches.
