Business Intelligence Analyst

Partner with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather BI requirements, build interactive dashboards, and automate BI workflows using AI-enhanced tools.

Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards with AI-powered insights, leveraging Snowflake and scripting for data processing and visualization.

Lead AI/ML adoption within BI initiatives to enhance data analysis, automate insight generation, and promote AI-forward best practices across analytics workflows.

4+ years of data analytics or BI experience, including using AI tools to enhance productivity.

Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Python, and Snowflake / Snowflake Cortex for dashboard development, data management, and automation.

Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, math, or related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code) and BI reporting tools; work experience in a technical support environment is a plus.

Experienced in integrating AI-powered features into BI tools and workflows, with a strong focus on automation and scalable analytics solutions.

Able to collaborate cross-functionally with IT, engineering, and business teams to align BI initiatives with organizational goals.

Skilled at managing multiple analytics projects simultaneously while maintaining high data quality and timely delivery.
