Lead architecture, design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.

Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and enforce adherence to architectural standards.

Mentor software development team members and define/codify coding best practices across projects.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.

8+ years of hands-on programming experience in Java or Python and/or JavaScript (UI frameworks).

Experience with microservices, API integration (REST, gRPC, GraphQL), and designing scalable, secure software architectures.

This role is 100% onsite in office; minimal travel required.

Experienced in building and maintaining large-scale, real-time platforms with distributed systems troubleshooting skills.

Skilled in modern UI frameworks like AngularJS or ReactJS and database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

Familiarity with cloud-native development on AWS, serverless technologies (AWS Lambda), Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.
