Principal Software Engineer

Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for complex, enterprise-scale platforms and services.

Drive design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and resilient software solutions, including platform modernization and cross-team adoption.

Establish engineering standards, mentor senior engineers, champion operational excellence, and contribute to strategic technical decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

9+ years of progressive software engineering experience including expertise in Java, .NET, or Python and distributed systems.

4+ years designing and delivering large-scale distributed systems, cloud-native applications, and experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

4+ years experience with CI/CD, test automation, DevSecOps, containerization (Kubernetes), infrastructure as code, and platform automation frameworks.

Experienced in leading technical direction and engineering excellence at enterprise scale involving multiple teams or business units.

Strong background in system architecture focusing on scalability, reliability, security, and performance engineering.

Skilled in collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to translate strategy into technical roadmaps.
