Minimum Requirements
Strong proficiency in C# for developing automated tests and tooling.
4+ years of automation development experience.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical discipline (BTech).
Experience with Selenium and other test automation tools, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps), source control (Git, Bitbucket), and Agile Scrum/Kanban environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building test automation frameworks from scratch across multiple platforms (web, desktop, API, performance).
Comfortable working closely with development and DevOps in Agile teams to embed quality practices early in the development lifecycle.
Skilled in creating reusable automation libraries and handling multiple testing efforts simultaneously.
