Data Delivery Leads / Data Architects - Senior Manager

Lead data architecture and delivery workstreams from design through implementation for complex client programs, ensuring scalable data solutions using Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow, and AWS.

Drive delivery across multiple workstreams by validating client feedback, managing scope, risk, timelines, and coaching teams on engineering standards and data management practices.

Communicate technical tradeoffs and delivery progress to client stakeholders and internal leaders, influencing outcomes and promoting operational excellence across data initiatives.

Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience in data architecture and engineering leadership.

Proficiency in English (oral and written) mandatory.

Experience with cloud data platforms and tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow, and AWS required.

Demonstrated leadership in data architecture across complex delivery programs, preferably with experience in data modernization and cloud analytics platforms.

Strong systems thinking ability to identify root causes and design data solutions aligned with business and analytics objectives.

Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity, balancing priorities, and coaching on technical standards and conflict resolution.
