Sr. Product Owner

Own the translation of product, customer, and regulatory needs into clear, testable software requirements and user stories for Development and V&V teams.

Serve as the single point of contact for functional understanding and clarification of product requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.

Drive requirement quality improvements and defect prevention via reviews, metrics, root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration including defect triage leadership.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences or related discipline (Master's preferred).

10+ years in software product development, product ownership, business analysis, requirements engineering, or related roles.

Experience as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, Requirements Lead, or equivalent within software development.

Strong knowledge of Agile/SCRUM, requirements management, and software development lifecycle including verification and validation.

Experienced in complex scientific or regulated domains such as Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Genomics, Clinical, Medical Devices, or IVD software.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional discussions, influence senior stakeholders without authority, and drive decisions to closure in fast-paced environments.

Proven track record using metrics, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions to improve software requirement quality and delivery outcomes.
