Staff Product Manager, AI Control Plane

Own the product strategy and roadmap for the AI platform Control Plane, including registration, configuration, deployment, lifecycle management, security, governance, monitoring, and scalable operation.

Collaborate across engineering, security, governance, legal, and business to establish platform standards and architectural guardrails that support AI agents and tools organization-wide.

Drive developer experience improvements and platform impact metrics such as developer velocity, time to production, platform leverage, and governance maturity.

Proven experience as Staff-level or senior product manager owning platform, infrastructure, or developer tooling products.

Strong technical fluency in AI infrastructure, distributed systems, security, and platform architecture.

Experience defining and building identity, access control, lifecycle management, and governance for complex technical platforms.

Work location: Hybrid role with in-office presence required in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Experienced in managing complex AI platform products that balance developer velocity with security, safety, and governance.

Able to lead cross-functional teams and influence decisions without formal authority in ambiguous, evolving environments.

Skilled at using systems thinking to design for broad platform ecosystems including agents, models, identity, security, and observability.
