Minimum Requirements
5+ years software engineering experience with at least 2 years in LLM/Generative AI application development.
Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith for AI agent development and monitoring.
Experience working with Databricks and MS SQL.
Experience deploying, monitoring, and optimizing AI agents in production environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise-scale AI agent solution development with end-to-end ownership of build, test, evaluate, deploy, and monitor lifecycle.
In-depth understanding of LLM application development areas including prompt engineering, vector databases, RAG, memory, and agent orchestration.
Comfortable developing production-ready, scalable generative AI systems with strong analytical and debugging skills.
