Staff AI Engineer (Agentic AI)

Design, build, and operate production-grade AI and agentic workflows across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to materially improve engineering productivity and business processes.

Architect and deliver a scalable internal AI platform with reusable services, infrastructure, observability, security, and operational guardrails for AI-powered automation.

Lead technical strategy and influence across engineering teams by identifying high-impact AI automation opportunities and driving solutions from concept to production at scale.

10+ years professional software engineering experience with complex production-scale systems.

Hands-on experience designing, building, and operationalizing AI/ML or generative AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Strong expertise in system design, software architecture, cloud-native infrastructure (GCP and/or AWS), DevOps, security, and end-to-end SDLC workflows.

Programming proficiency in Java, Python, Go or equivalent production languages; experience with LLMs, generative AI, or agentic AI beyond tooling consumption.

Senior engineer with deep full lifecycle AI engineering experience spanning production AI systems integrated with backend/distributed platforms.

Strong operational focus on scalability, security, observability, reliability, and maintenance of AI-enabled cloud-native workflows.

Strategic thinker capable of translating ambiguous business challenges into pragmatic technical architectures and measurable outcomes, influencing cross-team technical direction.
