Own operational health, availability, performance, and security of multi-cloud enterprise platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) including AI/ML and analytics services.
Lead and mature Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), IT Service Management, and Managed Service Provider governance to enhance platform reliability and operational excellence.
Drive strategic vendor management, cloud security posture, disaster recovery, and enterprise-wide operational metrics reporting to senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
15+ years progressive experience in enterprise technology operations, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and service delivery leadership.
Deep multi-cloud expertise across AWS, Azure, and GCP including operational tooling and FinOps.
Experience with SRE, ITIL v4 frameworks, ServiceNow or equivalent, vendor/contract management, cloud security, and GCC environments.

Senior leader with demonstrated success in building and leading SRE and global technology operations organizations within matrix enterprises.
Strong strategic thinker capable of translating ambiguous challenges into executable enterprise cloud and operational strategies.
Experienced in governing multi-cloud AI/ML operational environments, fostering innovation, automation, and continuous operational improvement.
