Senior Manager - Chief of staff office to PHP geo and HLS ops head

Plan and drive agendas, create materials, and ensure tracking and closure of action items for global and regional leadership meetings, focusing on operational and business decision support.

Provide proactive business health analysis, Quarterly Business Review presentations, performance tracking including Objective Key Results formulation and coaching across insurance and geographic segments.

Support growth initiatives including pipeline and deal management, strategic account planning, executive engagement, and contribute to geography strategy execution including board and investor presentations, partnership governance, and M&A evaluation.

7-8 years of relevant work experience.

MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant qualification mandatory; Bachelor's degree in Commerce required.

Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and proven project coordination success.

Excellent Excel and presentation skills explicitly required.

Experienced in coordinating between senior management and multiple departments in a matrix organization, with responsibility for high-level strategic and operational initiatives.

Comfortable in roles requiring detailed financial and business analysis supporting leadership decisions and strategy execution.

Ability to handle cross-functional responsibilities including PMO duties, strategic growth support, and external stakeholder engagement such as investor relations and industry forums.
