Project Manager II

Lead and coordinate end-to-end cutover activities and governance for enterprise-scale ERP implementations, including detailed planning, execution, and real-time deployment management.

Manage complex integration dependencies across approximately 80 internal and third-party systems, ensuring readiness and risk mitigation for go-live events.

Drive deployment readiness assessments, Go/No-Go decision making, operational support onboarding, and post-go-live stabilization review activities.

10+ years of IT delivery, release, deployment, or cutover management experience.

Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ERP cutovers, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Experience managing complex integration landscapes with multiple third-party suppliers and coordinating multi-stakeholder programme deployments.

Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant IT delivery and ERP cutover management.

Experienced in managing large-scale ERP deployment projects with strong governance and multiple delivery partners.

Comfortable operating at the intersection of technology, business, and operational teams with demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional dependencies.

Skilled in driving deployment rehearsals, cutover governance forums, and executive communication in complex, multi-vendor environments.
